Meet Stephanie

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
& Perinatal mental health certified

Hey there, I'm Stephanie! As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) in North Carolina, I've been practicing counseling for almost a decade. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2016, and have since had the privilege of serving clients in a variety of settings - from college campuses to substance abuse and residential eating disorder facilities, and private practice.
My passion for working with women in all phases and stages of their lives has led me to complete extensive training in Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I am also proud to be an instructor with Mom League- Raleigh, an organization that offers an 8 week series of classes for moms of newborns offering them valuable professional support, while helping them build and develop meaningful relationships with other moms in the same stage of motherhood. From new moms to seasoned ones, from college students to new grads, from businesswomen to stay-at-home moms, and everyone else in between, I have a wealth of experience and compassion for working with women from all walks of life.

Now, let's get down to what you really want to know...

who I am and what makes me a good fit for you

While I truly admire Fred Rogers, I'm not your typical cardigan-wearing therapist. I'm a 30-something, full-time working mom who is trying to find and maintain balance in this busy life, just like you.

My own experiences and the lessons I've learned throughout life are what brought me to this career that I love. I've personally navigated many of life's challenges, and I've seen firsthand how the gap widens in helping women and mothers care for themselves as they steer through life's changing tides. That's why I'm passionate about serving women in all stages of life, and I take great pride in helping my clients navigate life's many challenges with more ease, grace, and resilience. I will treat you like a person, not a diagnosis code.

Are you ready to take the first step towards feeling more empowered and in control of your life?
